What is a FTP site?

An FTP site allows people to upload or download large files from anywhere in the world.

This is particularly useful to Night Vision Media Ltd.'s clients, especially those who are outside of Kingston, Jamaica. We can upload your designs to our FTP site for you to download at your location. Or, you can upload any files that will be useful for us to use in your design.

NB: You are not allowed to have spaces in the filenames for files posted on an FTP site.

How do I use Night Vision Media Ltd.'s FTP site?

How do I pay for my items?

You can make your payments in various ways:

• Cash
• Direct Deposit
• Cheque (Personal Cheques are not accepted)
• PayPal

You will be instructed how to make payments when you order your (items).

What if I'm overseas or outside of Kingston, Jamaica?

Payments: You can make your payments using our PayPal Account.

Designs: You may download your design using our FTP site.

Prints: You may collect your prints from printeries at your location.

Deliveries: DHL, FedEx, and other courier services can be used to deliver your custom items to you.

Please Note: Overseas clients and clients outside of Kingston, Jamaica are required to make a 100% downpayment on total cost of job.

Do you offer printing services?

No. We do not offer printing services.

However, we do have relationships with various printeries, so you can:

• Collect your items at the printery, some items do not qualify for this option;
• Or have us pick up your items from the printery and deliver to you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver your items to you. This can be done in 3 ways:

• Pick up at Night Vision Media Ltd.: No Delivery Charge Applied.
• Delivered to your location: Delivery Charge Applied. FedEx, DHL, and other courier services available.
• Pick up at printery: 100% downpayment on design work required for this option. Some items do not qualify for this option.

How do I schedule a meeting using your online scheduler?

You may use our online scheduler to schedule a meeting with us at a time of your convenience. Here's how you can use our scheduler:

• Set a Location: this is automatically set for 21/2 Kensington Crescent. If you would like to change the location of your meeting, after you receive the email confirmation, simply email us your alternative location
• Select a Service: select the service that best suit your needs.
• Select Staff and Time: the staff member is automatically set for you. Check the calendar and click any date in green. Choose the time that best suits you.
• Your Information: Type in your first name, last name, email address, and telephone number.
• Save your appointment
• Check your email for your confirmation

When is the consultation charge applied?

A meeting with Night Vision Media Ltd. is a consultation. A charge is applied as follows:

• 1st Consultation Charge: FREE (maximum 2hrs)
• 1st Consultation Charge (Outside Kingston, Jamaica): Transportation Fee will be applied
• Subsequent Consultation Charges: Dependent on the type of service requested. Client will be informed of the consultation charges at the first consultation. Consultation Charges are applied for any meeting held with client for a maximum of one hour or part thereof.

Please Note: Consultation Charges are not applied when items are to be delivered.
